After relocating to Dallas with his family at a young age, he pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Dallas, where he developed a strong foundation in the sciences. He went on to earn his Doctorate in Optometry in 2004 from Nova Southeastern University, a program recognized for its rigorous clinical training and emphasis on patient care.
Following graduation, Dr. Safir assumed leadership of Lemmon Avenue Eyecare in Uptown Dallas, where he modernized the practice and rebranded it as Doctor EyeCare. Under his guidance, the clinic has grown into a trusted destination for comprehensive vision services, combining advanced diagnostic technology with a personalized approach to patient care.
